Set up and maintain automated client journeys (e.g. new studio openings, onboarding, new client trial, member nurture, new modality, etc.), and propose updates to improve performance.
-
Draft copy and provide feedback on agency-produced creative in Figma and Canva, applying [solidcore] brand and tone standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Coordinate with Digital, Brand, and Field teams to keep CRM messaging aligned with broader marketing initiatives and studio-level communications.
