Project Manager

Daa · Dublin, Co. Dublin, Ireland

Career Level: 6 | Career Family: Project Management | Career Sub-Family: Project Management

The Project Manager will provide dedicated support to the Business Development function, owning the discipline, quality, compliance, and pace behind our pipeline, proposals, engagements, and partnerships as daa International scales across a global footprint spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

The individual will play a key role, working cross-functionally alongside the SVP Business Development, SVP Advisory & Delivery, and SVP Strategy & Partnerships to convert opportunities across the full breadth of daa International’s aviation expertise, from air service development, commercial and non-aeronautical revenue, and airport planning to operations, ORAT, concessions, and investment.

The Project Manager will support the delivery and continuous improvement of daa International's business development activity across four core areas:

- Lead end-to-end proposal and bid submissions, ensuring high-quality, compliant responses are delivered on time across advisory, concession, and investment opportunities.

- Coordinate cross-functional pursuit activities, managing inputs, milestones, and stakeholder engagement to support successful business development outcomes.

- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and CRM, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking, reporting, forecasting, and prioritisation.

- Conduct market intelligence and opportunity analysis, providing research, benchmarking, and business case support to inform growth strategies.

- Support client, government, and partner engagement, including preparation of executive briefings, meetings, site visits, industry events, and trade missions.

- Drive business development enablement and thought leadership, maintaining case studies, collateral, templates, and best-practice tools to strengthen market positioning and improve pursuit efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, APMP) is an advantage.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, bid/proposal coordination, or business development support, ideally within aviation, infrastructure, or consulting.

- Proven ability to run proposals and submissions end to end, managing multiple deadlines without dropping quality.

- Excellent written English, with the ability to draft, edit, and structure clear, persuasive content.

- Advanced document and presentation production skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Adobe suite an advantage), confident use of AI tools, and a strong eye for formatting, consistency, and compliance.

- Highly organised and process-minded, with experience maintaining pipelines, trackers, or CRMs.

- Strong coordination skills, comfortable gathering inputs from senior colleagues and external partners.

- Genuine interest in the aviation sector. Exposure to one or more aviation disciplines or to government and international stakeholder engagement is an advantage.

- Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter able to work independently and manage competing priorities under time pressure.

- Willingness to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice, for client engagements, events, and trade missions.
