AYN

Social Media & Employer branding Manager

Oak · Tel Aviv · onsite

We're reimagining enterprise Identity and Access Management from the ground up. Founded by serial entrepreneurs Shai Morag and Tal Marom and backed by a $60M seed round from Greylock, Accel, and CRV, we're building the next generation of identity security. Identity is the gateway to everything- who's let in, who's kept out, and it's now the number one attack vector in the enterprise. The tools built to govern it were designed for a slower world of human users and static environments. That world is gone. Identities are exploding across human, machine, and AI agents faster than legacy systems can track, and security teams are left patching together five disconnected tools that still can't answer "who has access to what, right now." We think the answer isn't another point solution- it's a new foundation. Oak is the AI-native Identity Operating System: an AI connector framework that reaches any application, a live identity graph built from raw evidence, and a team of AI agents that governs the full lifecycle of every identity in one platform. We're building Oak's AI-native core from day one-engineered for what enterprise identity is becoming, not patched onto what it used to be. And we're just getting started.

About the Role:

Oak is looking for a sharp, digital-native Social Media & Employer Branding Manager to own our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and our newly launched YouTube channel. You'll take a deeply technical product — spanning IGA, IVIP, identity graphs, and the realities of securing human and non-human identities alike — and turn it into content people actually follow, share, and talk about. This is a hands-on role: you'll build a distinct, recognizable voice for Oak, grow our following with intent, and drive measurable traffic back to the business, not just impressions. You know what performs on each platform and why, and you can back every call with data. If you live and breathe social and want to make a security brand genuinely stand out, this role is yours to shape.

What you will Do:

• Own Oak's social media strategy and daily execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, building a presence that reflects Oak's position as an AI-native Identity Governance and Security company

• Create and publish posts, stories, video content, campaigns, and visuals that turn Oak's product and story — from identity graph intelligence to securing Non-Human Identities and AI agents — into bold, shareable narratives

• Drive measurable growth in followers, engagement, and traffic from social channels to Oak's website

• Track performance across channels, translate results into clear metrics and insights, and continuously optimize content and campaigns based on data

• Engage actively with Oak's community, respond and participate in relevant conversations, and build authentic connections with our audience

• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes, and bring fresh ideas that keep Oak's content sharp and relevant in the identity security space

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn) with a portfolio you can walk us through, including the strategy and reasoning behind the work, not just the output.

• A true digital native with deep fluency in how social platforms work, who creates content natively for each channel rather than repurposing a single format across all of them.

• Proven ability to define and track your own success metrics, impressions, reach, engagement, follower growth, and translate them into decisions about what to do next.

• Sharp creative instincts: a strong eye, a feel for visual and written storytelling, and the judgment to know what will actually land with an audience.

• Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken.

• A builder's mindset: curiosity, drive, and real ownership, comfortable creating structure and process from scratch rather than operating inside an existing playbook.

Nice to have:

• Background in a military social media or digital unit (e.g., IDF Spokesperson's Unit), with experience producing content under tight deadlines for a high-visibility audience

• Prior experience in B2B, tech, or cybersecurity marketing, with an understanding of how to translate complex technical concepts into compelling content

• Hands-on video and short-form content skills, including shooting and editing for Reels, Shorts, and similar formats

• Working familiarity with social analytics and scheduling tools to track performance and manage a consistent publishing cadence

• Comfort engaging with technical subject matter such as IAM, IGA, identity security, or AI agents, and translating it for a security-savvy audience
