You’ll receive hands-on training across our irrigation systems, software and electronics, with the opportunity to develop skills in troubleshooting, soldering, circuit board repair and system setup.
What you'll do
- Help customers and agents troubleshoot issues over the phone and email in a friendly, professional way
- Record and manage support calls and updates in our CRM system
- Assist with installing, testing and troubleshooting irrigation equipment
- Diagnose and repair electronic circuit boards
- Learn and develop your soldering and electronics skills
- Assist with system setups and technical support
- Help maintain and update technical documentation
- Work with the team to solve problems and improve our support processes

A Certificate III in Electronics, Electrotechnology or a similar qualification is desirable, but we will consider candidates with equivalent practical experience and the right attitude.
