The Role
Assistant General Manager, Netflix House (King of Prussia)

Netflix House is a permanent entertainment venue where fans can interact with their favorite Netflix stories through immersive experiences and elevated hospitality. The first two locations opened at King of Prussia in Pennsylvania and Galleria Dallas in 2025. Netflix House is another step in Netflix's commitment to create immersive, in-person experiences for fans around the globe, including NETFLIX BITES Las Vegas, The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience; Stranger Things: The Experience; Squid Game: The Experience, now open in New York, Madrid, Sydney and Seoul; and Stranger Things: The First Shadow, now open on London’s West End and on Broadway. Netflix has reached 7.5 Million fans across 170 openings in 100 cities and 40 unique formats around the world with an average guest rating of 4.7 out of 5.
As the Assistant General Manager, you will assist with all aspects of a site, including developing staffing plans, recruitment and hiring, training, vendor coordination, overseeing daily operational flow, driving revenue growth, financial accountability, and all other factors of the operation, ensuring a best-in-class Guest experience.
This role reports to the General Manager and is based in King of Prussia, PA.
What you will do:
- Assist the General Manager with the overall on-site operations for a Netflix House location, ensuring operating within budget constraints.
- Develop hiring strategies for directly managed operations teams, as well as guiding third-party vendors, to ensure operational coverage and service quality.
- Optimize ongoing operations to achieve maximum efficiency and best-in-class Guest Service.
- Directly manage F&B vendors, coordinating with them across all operational aspects.
- Align with key stakeholders across Live Experiences, consumer products, finance & strategy, legal, human resources, and content teams.
- Promote and foster a mindset of continuous innovation for internal teams and external partners.
- Foster a safety-focused culture by participating in the safety committee and collaborating with the Safety and EHS team
What we need from you:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Demonstrated 5+ years of operations management experience ideally in the themed entertainment, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries. .
- Strong knowledge of hiring practices and training & development strategies.
- Experience managing direct and indirect teams in an environment that embraces continual learning and change.
- Drive a safe, efficient, and guest-centric Netflix House by ensuring EHS compliance, operational excellence, and vendor safety while fostering innovation and profitability.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
- Strong financial acumen.
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $142,000.00 - $194,000.00.
