In this role, you'll support the planning and execution of experiential programs and content initiatives, including key events taking place in early 2027. You'll partner with creative, account, and production teams to coordinate vendors, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects come together from initial planning through on-site execution and final delivery.
If you're energized by live experiences, creative problem-solving, and producing work that brings people and brands together, we'd love to hear from you.
Who You AreYou're a collaborative, solutions-oriented producer who knows how to turn creative ideas into well-executed experiences. You bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to managing productions of varying complexity. You're comfortable navigating timelines, budgets, vendors, and last-minute changes while keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward. You understand how live experiences and content work together to create memorable moments and extend their impact beyond the event itself.
