We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team at NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta Gate.
In this key role, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, inventory management, distribution, and commercial strategies. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Reservations, Finance, and hotel leadership to identify opportunities and drive strong business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
- Analyze market demand, booking trends, competitor performance, and business pace to identify revenue opportunities.
- Manage pricing, room inventory, availability, restrictions, and business mix across all distribution channels.
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and support the annual budgeting and business planning process.
- Monitor hotel performance against budget, forecast, and market benchmarks.
- Optimize OTA, direct, GDS, and other distribution channels while maintaining rate accuracy and parity.
- Evaluate group and account opportunities through effective displacement and profitability analysis.
- Lead and participate in revenue strategy meetings and provide actionable commercial recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Reservations, and Operations to maximize revenue opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel Revenue Management experience, preferably within an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management, pricing, forecasting, segmentation, and distribution strategies.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PMS, RMS, CRS, and hotel distribution platforms.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into effective business strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
