What's the role?
You’ll be the trusted banking partner for a diverse portfolio of commercial customers across Adelaide / Tarndanya, Kaurna Country and the surrounding region. You’ll spend your time out in market building genuine relationships with local businesses, understanding what drives their success and helping them achieve their growth ambitions through tailored banking solutions.
You’ll manage an established portfolio while identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships and support new business growth. Working alongside experienced credit partners and specialists, you’ll help customers with everything from working capital needs through to more complex lending structures.
What do I need?
• Strong commercial lending experience, including the ability to structure more complex lending solutions
• Well developed credit skills across cashflow lending, financial analysis and risk assessment
• A proven ability to build, maintain and grow customer relationships through trusted advice
• Strong business development capability with the confidence to create new opportunities and expand referral networks
• Commercial acumen, curiosity and a genuine passion for helping local businesses succeed
