At Carla we believe that more people should be able to drive electric and want to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility. We do this by offering the most customer-friendly way to sell and buy electric cars. Our goal is to become the largest player in electric car sales in Northern Europe. Founded in Stockholm in 2020, we are now one of Sweden’s biggest sellers of used electric cars in Sweden. We are now in an exciting phase and we're looking to hire people who have that magical mix of being great at what they do, show a strong drive, can obsess over customer centricity, whilst being humble and eager to learn.
About the role
As Corporate Development Manager, you’ll work closely with our CEO. You will split your time between leading cross-functional projects and handling the high-priority tasks that come up along the way. The ideal candidate for this role should be an allround problem solver and doer, who likes complexity and getting things done - both through their own work and through helping others. You need to be equally strong at analytics, project management and getting things done on your own. You will work across Carla’s main areas, alongside colleagues in Commercial, Marketing, Product & Tech, Operations, Finance and HR.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and coordinate corporate development projects, large and small, that span over several teams and business functions.
- Participate in management meetings and track and monitor ongoing initiatives.
- Work closely with CEO on a wide range of projects and tasks with a direct impact on Carla’s business model.
Background
We believe that the optimal candidate is at the start of their career and has:
- Minimum BSc degree, within management, engineering, economics, finance or a related field.
- Experience in analytics, controlling or similar fields alongside studies
- Hands-on experience driving a project from idea to result, at work or during your studies.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
