Consumer Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

The Consumer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives that drive consumer awareness and patient engagement, contributing to the overall business growth objectives for Greenbrook. This role also serves as a key liaison between corporate marketing and local regional operations, ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and execution across all consumer-related platforms. As a part of the greater Neuronetics organization, the Consumer Marketing Specialist also supports cross-functional marketing projects with the NeuroStar brand.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers

Consumer Marketing Campaigns

- Assist in execution of the consumer marketing strategy to elevate Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as the most trusted, leading consumer choice in depression treatment centers nationwide.

- Support consumer marketing campaigns that reinforce brand identity, communicate a compelling value proposition, and drive consumer engagement.

- Assist with creating Center Branding standards to ensure consistent visual identity, messaging, and brand presence across all Greenbrook locations, strengthening local recognition and reinforcing the company’s overall brand standards.

Social Media, Blog and Email Marketing

- Create and curate engaging Greenbrook social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. Identify influencer collaboration opportunities to grow consumer brand awareness of Greenbrook treatment centers.

- Design and build bi-weekly nurturing email campaigns to connect previously unreachable prospective consumers with the Intake team.

- Publish monthly blog content to strengthen Greenbrook’s digital presence, improve SEO performance, and provide valuable resources that engage prospective consumers and support their journey toward consultations.

- Lead monthly development of internal company newsletter, The Greenbrook Pulse, to foster employee engagement and sense of community across the organization.

- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize.

Reputation Management

- Manage and optimize Google Business listings to ensure accuracy, visibility, and consistency across all locations.

- Develop and execute reputation management campaigns to grow local center visibility and reputation.

- Monitor, collect, and promptly respond to customer reviews, strengthening the company’s online reputation.

- Analyze data and provide visibility to leadership and regional operations teams to address feedback and enhance the consumer experience

Patient Advocates

- Recruit for and develop strong base of Patient Advocates to further build trust and credibility for the Greenbrook brand, give insights into the patient journey, and raise awareness about mental health.

Marketing Operations

- Work cross-functionally with vendors and internal partners to develop and execute initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Adhere to all Greenbrook and regulatory standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and marketing compliance requirements.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Neuronetics

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the NeuroStar Co-Op program including customer email correspondence, ad pre-approval, reimbursement approvals, documentation review, KPI reporting. Review and approve customer-submitted marketing materials for brand integrity and messaging / claims compliance.

- Support the NeuroStar Better Me Provider program through management of eligibility assessments and quarterly audits.

- Assist with Neuronetics social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. Identify influencer collaboration opportunities to grow consumer awareness of NeuroStar TMS.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to create engaging marketing content.

- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data and presenting insights.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite / Canva, and social media management tools.

- Collaborative, self-directed, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Knowledge of healthcare or regulated industry marketing preferred.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare, professional services, or a regulated industry.

- Demonstrated experience with campaign management, event coordination, and digital marketing tools.

Physical Requirements:

- Work may be performed in a fast-paced, professional office environment with moderate noise levels.

- Regular use of standard office equipment including computers, phones, and printers.

- Requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking; occasional bending, lifting, or moving up to 10 pounds.

- Ability to focus for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Flexibility to travel for community events or meetings as needed.

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual.
