RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for leading and continuously training your team
- Ensure that department metrics and goals are met in relation to appointments set, shown and sold for all lead sources as assigned
- Be proficient in dealing with customers via telephone email and text
- Effectively utilize CRM, Equity Mining and Lead Management tools
- Be knowledgeable about sales/service process, business philosophy, and products
- Hiring, evaluating, managing, counseling, terminating and disciplining of all BDC personnel
- Manage employee schedules and time clock reporting

- Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Prior Automotive BDC Management is required preferably in a high line dealership, as well as experience leading high performing teams.
