Coordinator - Marketing

The Responsibilities:

- Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere

- Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations

- Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals

- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program

- Coordinate the planning, setup, execution, and reporting of casino promotions, drawings, tournaments, giveaways and special events

- Build, test and maintain promotions within Trilogy and Bally Rewards kiosk systems, ensuring accuracy before launch

- Coordinate promotional drawings, including activation, winner selection, verification, prize fulfillment, documentation, and reporting

- Create and maintain promotion rules, operational instructions, calendars, checklists, winner records, and departmental documentation

- Develop and proofread guest-facing promotional messaging, signage, internal communications, and employee talking points

- Provide guest support and troubleshoot promotional offers, kiosks, prizes, and operational issues, escalating when appropriate

- Own assigned promotions from planning through completion, proactively managing deadlines, identifying potential issues, and keeping Marketing leadership informed

- Execute drawings and events as needed on the casino floor

- Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

- Target Rate: $25.00/Hour

Additional Benefits:

- $7 Daily Employee Parking

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

- Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand

- Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach

- Occasionally required to sit or stoop

- Must occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds

- The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

- Requires visual acuity to perform close-up work, maintain peripheral awareness, and distinguish colors, shapes, and details when reviewing marketing materials, promotional items, documents, and digital content
