What Are We Looking For?
•Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all owners and guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
•Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information regarding food and beverage offerings.
•Take food and beverage orders accurately and assist with service, including alcoholic beverages where applicable.
•Set up, replenish, and maintain food and beverage stations, including coffee and tea service.
•Complete opening and closing duties for the Owner's Lounge and other food and beverage areas.
•Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the lounge, pantry, service areas, tables, and equipment.
•Assist with bussing tables, washing dishes, cleaning spills, and restocking supplies as needed.
•Monitor inventory levels and replenish or requisition food and beverage items.
•Ensure all lounge furniture, displays, and service areas are set up according to company standards.
•Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
•Report maintenance concerns or operational deficiencies to the Manager on Duty.
•Support special guest requests and assist with additional duties as assigned.
•Preparation, delivery and set up food and beverage amenities in guest rooms.

At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
•Must be at least 18 years of age. The individual must possess the allowing skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essentials functions on the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
•Ability to stand and move throughout the Owners Lounge continuously to perform essential job functions.
•Ability to carry and move dishes and boxes and other items up to 25 pounds. Ability to reach and move boxes on shelves reaching 9 feet high.
•Ability to use a 3-footstep ladder.
•Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
•Previous bartending/serving experience in a hospitality environment.
