All Roads is hiring a Parts Manager to lead our parts department and support continued growth. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, mentor staff, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring all parts functions are completed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service.

Monitor departmental performance and implement process improvements
Develop, mentor, and support Parts Counter team members
Maintain and accurately document parts inventory
Coordinate major procurement needs and communicate with vendors
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure all parts operations meet high standards of accuracy and service
Assist internal teams with parts information, ordering, and availability
Perform other duties as assigned RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required
Previous parts management experience (heavy equipment/heavy duty)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
