If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Team Dechra

At Dechra, our products support veterinarians, pet owners, and farmers across the globe. Behind every product is a dedicated team ensuring materials and finished goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and accurately.

What you'll be doing

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our pharmaceutical manufacturing site. Your work will help ensure our products reach customers safely and on time while meeting the high standards expected within a regulated industry.

The day-to-day

From receiving and booking in deliveries to supplying packaging components for production, you'll help keep operations running smoothly and support the timely manufacture of products that make a difference to animal health.

You'll be responsible for managing stock movements, processing returns, dispatching finished goods, and maintaining accurate warehouse records. The role also includes carrying out daily forklift truck checks, supporting waste management processes, and ensuring warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and compliant with site standards.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll follow established procedures to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, and accuracy, while actively contributing ideas and initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the warehouse operation.

What makes you great

We're interested in people who take ownership of their work, enjoy being part of a team, and are committed to doing things the right way.

We're looking for someone with previous warehouse experience and a valid FLT license who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You'll have a keen eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in line with established procedures and work instructions.

As a collaborative team player, you'll communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider warehouse operation.
