About the job

As a Product Owner for HR, you will join a global team of deeply experienced professionals and play a crucial role in delivering yearly processes and continuous product improvements aligned with business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing business value by defining priorities, aligning stakeholder needs, and ensuring the effective adoption, performance, stability, security, and continuous improvement of digital HR solutions. Your primary products will be Workday and Docebo, together with other Talent Acquisition tools and applications supporting the Talent, Performance and Learning capabilities.

This is a parental cover assignment in a full-time capacity within the Data, Analytics and Group Functions Value Stream (DA & GF VS) in Group Digital. The role is preferred to be based in Lund or Krakow. The hiring manager is based in Stockholm and the Product Manager is based in Lund.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Security—to deliver scalable solutions that drive process efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.

- Manage stakeholders and gather requirements, bridging the gap between business and IT.

- Support business teams in operationalizing data governance and quality processes.

- Manage and prioritize the team backlog, addressing priorities, dependencies, and resource challenges.

- Define and track value realization through KPIs and benefits, ensuring measurable outcomes such as cost reductions, efficiency gains, and working capital improvements.

Who are you

You are a results-oriented Product Owner recognized for your leadership. Adoption and change management in a hybrid, international matrix organization is a context that brings you energy. You thrive at the intersection of business and IT and can facilitate clear communication of vision, progress, and value. Building trust in your expertise and solutions comes naturally to you, and you are comfortable working with stakeholders who have different perspectives and priorities. You foster a culture of continuous improvement because learning agility is how you approach change.

What you know

To succeed in this role, you combine experience in product ownership or project management with strong stakeholder, analytical, and communication skills. We believe our ideal candidate has:

- At least three years of proven experience in a similar role with strong project management responsibilities, such as Product Owner, Project Manager, Scrum Master for multiple teams, or Release Train Engineer.

- Experience working with Workday.

- The ability to lead cross-functional teams efficiently and drive successful outcomes aligned with business priorities.

- Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT.

- Strong analytical skills to assess current digital solutions and identify areas for improvement.
