ABOUT THE ROLE
A generative AI infrastructure company is seeking an experienced presentation designer with strong brand and information-design skills. You will create and evaluate polished, clear presentations and documents, helping shape how visual communication and design quality are applied in AI-assisted creative work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design high-quality presentations from scratch in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Review existing slides, provide structured critiques, and recommend improvements.
- Develop creative briefs for new presentations and documents, then assess and refine AI-generated design iterations.
- Use visual storytelling to make complex content clear and engaging through layout, imagery, diagrams, charts, tables, and infographics.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of professional design experience, with substantial hands-on presentation and office document design work.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency and verifiable PowerPoint portfolio work; experience with Figma, Canva, Google Slides, or similar tools is also useful.
- Brand or agency experience, including presentation and information design, and familiarity with corporate or consulting-style presentations.
- Strong command of typography, grids, hierarchy, spacing, composition, and contemporary editorial design.
- Experience creating or interpreting creative briefs and giving clear, structured design feedback.
- Fluent English and authorization to work without visa sponsorship.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation is $60 to $90 USD per hour. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Remote role, with San Francisco, California, as the primary location.
