Your responsibilities will include:

- Establishing and managing project scope, planning, milestones, and deliverables based on validated parameters.

- Contributing to the implementation of transversal processes and documentation for seamless collaboration with the run organization.

- Guiding the setup of a monitoring tool.

- Establishing and maintaining quality management plans to ensure project results meet required standards.

- Implementing and utilizing project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) for tracking and knowledge sharing.

- Managing stakeholder relationships and building connections with internal police stakeholders and external partners to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in managing IT technical projects.

- Experience with project tracking and knowledge management systems (JIRA, Confluence).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fluency in French or Dutch, with a strong passive knowledge of the other language.

Soft Skills:

Your work style should be proactive, results-oriented, and structured. You should take initiative, be a self-starter with a critical perspective, and work methodically. Setting clear goals (KPIs) and backing your proposals and decisions with facts and data is essential.
