Fix-It 24/7 is growing, and we're looking for motivated, hardworking, and outgoing individuals to join our team as HVAC Service Apprentices in Golden, Colorado!
We're not looking for someone who already knows everything about heating and cooling. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, confidence, and the drive to succeed!

What We Offer
- $20–$22 per hour starting pay
- 8–12 weeks of PAID hands-on HVAC training
- Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday with rotating weekend coverage

What You'll Be Doing
As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you'll learn the residential HVAC service business from the ground up.
- Participate in our structured 8–12 week paid training program
- Learn how residential heating and cooling systems operate
- Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
- Develop troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Learn how to communicate confidently and professionally with homeowners
- Help educate customers on their HVAC systems and available service options
- Follow safety procedures and company service standards
- Build the skills necessary to grow into a successful HVAC Service Technician

- Is available to work Monday–Friday and participate in a rotating weekend schedule
Experience in any of these backgrounds is a PLUS, but NOT required:
- Automotive or mechanical work
- Sales or customer service
- Construction or general trades
- Maintenance or repair work
- Retail or hospitality with strong customer interaction
- Any hands-on, physically active work environment
You do NOT need HVAC experience or previous trade school training to apply!
