QA Analyst - automation and performance Testing

Employer not yet confirmed · Southampton, Hampshire, United Kingdom

We are currently delivering a major Billing Transformation Programme, introducing a new enterprise billing platform to replace our existing system. Alongside this transformation, we must continue to support and maintain our current platform, ensuring continuity and accuracy while carefully managing complex and business-critical data, processes, and structures. This creates a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact programme, helping to protect and evolve our billing capability while transitioning to a modern, future-ready solution.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join DP World in Southampton and support the successful delivery of the Billing Transformation Programme. You’ll work closely with the QA Lead, business SMEs, development teams, and wider project stakeholders to execute testing activities, validate data, manage defects, and support quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle. You will also contribute to automation and non-functional testing activities, helping to improve testing efficiency, system reliability, and overall programme quality.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively across both technical and business teams. You’ll have the opportunity to support the delivery of a critical transformation programme while helping to establish quality standards and testing best practices across the project.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in software testing, quality assurance, automation testing, or system validation who enjoys working in fast-paced transformation environments and wants to contribute directly to the successful delivery of high-quality technology solutions and business processes.
