Enterprise Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance structure.
- Manage project budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Product, and external vendors.
- Establish effective communication and reporting mechanisms for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
- Ensure project documentation, decisions, action items, and lessons learned are properly maintained.
- Manage vendors and third-party partners where applicable.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with AZM standards, methodologies, and quality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of project management practices, processes, and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with significant experience managing enterprise-scale projects.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology or digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.
- Experience with project governance, PMO processes, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and executive management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or working with government/enterprise clients is a strong advantage.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is preferred.
