- Maintain accurate opportunity, account, forecast, and pipeline information in Salesforce, enabling effective business planning and revenue visibility.
- Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate contract execution with customers and internal stakeholders, balancing customer objectives with sustainable business outcomes.
- Proactively create and progress opportunities by identifying customer needs, challenging existing thinking, navigating objections, introducing new ideas, and maintaining momentum across complex enterprise buying cycles.
You’ll Bring

- Experience engaging senior executives and building relationships with business, technology, operations, customer experience, and procurement stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across sales, technical, partner, legal, commercial, and customer-facing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage, influence, and present effectively to senior customer stakeholders.
- Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities and workstreams simultaneously.
- A resourceful and proactive approach to navigating barriers, resolving customer concerns, and progressing complex opportunities.
