We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Teen Club Animator to join our entertainment team in Lusail, Qatar. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging entertainment experiences for teenagers at our resort facility. You will work collaboratively with our entertainment department to create memorable activities, foster a vibrant club atmosphere, and ensure every teen guest has an exceptional experience during their stay.
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of entertainment activities and games tailored to teenage interests and preferences
- Engage with teen guests in a friendly and energetic manner to encourage participation in club activities and events
- Lead group activities including games, competitions, themed nights, talent shows, and recreational programs
- Create a welcoming and inclusive club environment that promotes social interaction among guests
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate entertainment schedules and ensure smooth event execution
- Adapt activities based on guest feedback and participation levels to maximize engagement
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout all interactions with guests
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities and events
- Promote upcoming club events and activities to encourage attendance and participation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the teen club facility and activity areas
- Proven experience as an animator, entertainer, or in a similar guest engagement role
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate groups of teenagers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative entertainment concepts and activities
- Physical stamina and energy to maintain an engaging presence throughout shifts
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of popular games, activities, and entertainment trends appealing to teens
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Preferred: Experience working in hospitality, resort, or entertainment venues
- Preferred: Familiarity with multicultural environments and ability to work with international guests
- Preferred: First aid or safety certification
- Preferred: Language skills in Arabic or other languages spoken in the region
- Preferred: Experience with social media promotion of events and activities
