CDL-A truck drivers looking for steady account structure and better route planning can expect no-touch dry van freight, consistent freight availability, and weekly home time while running throughout the lower 48.
Compensation:
CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,500 to $1,600 per week with direct deposit and steady freight opportunities throughout the year.

Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour

Layover Pay: $100 per day excluding Sunday
Freight & Operations:
Drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van freight with 50-60% drop and hook freight and 40-50% live unload freight.

Average length of haul exceeds 400 miles, helping drivers stay productive with fewer short-haul transitions.

Drivers may park at approved terminals or take their truck home. Paid parking is not reimbursed.

Dispatch support is available 24 hours per day.
Equipment:
Equipment is assigned based on availability at the terminal.

Trucks: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth

Driver Amenities: 1200 to 1500-watt inverter

Take-Home Option: Drivers may take assigned equipment home when approved

Fuel Network: Love's, Pilot, and Flying J
Orientation:
Three-day paid orientation program. Drivers receive $100 per day orientation pay. Hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals are provided. Drivers are assigned equipment and begin dispatch after orientation.
If a driver's medical card has expired, the cost of obtaining a new physical may be reimbursed or covered prior to orientation.

Qualifications:
3 months of experience within the last 12 months or 12 months of experience within the last 3 years. Dry van or reefer experience preferred with a CDL-A tractor-trailer. Flatbed, tanker, and oil field experience will also be considered.
