The Mission
Are you ready to join an ambitious and rapidly growing company that is changing the retail industry? At Glovo, our vision is to give everyone easy access to anything in the city. As a Project Manager in the Global Retail Partnerships team, you will help make this vision a reality. You will build the performance tools, insights and project structure that our global and local teams rely on to grow our most strategic retail partnerships across multiple countries.
At Glovo, Retail is one of our fastest-growing business units. We have already established partnerships with more than 200 top retail brands, including industry leaders in the Beauty, Electronics and Pets verticals. You will join the Global Retail Partnerships team, which still has the spirit of a small startup within Glovo despite our rapid growth.
What You Will Do.
- Strategic Analysis & Insights
- Be the analytical engine behind our most strategic global partnership projects, including the Masterplan, Business Plan and Target Setting.
- Dig into partner and category performance to uncover the insights that shape our strategy.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses for global partners and internal stakeholders, directly influencing how we grow our partnerships.
- Tools & Enablement
- Design and build the tools regional and local teams across multiple countries need to succeed. Examples include Partner Business Plan calculators, business plan models, migration trackers and operational spreadsheets.
- Own the Retail Bible and the Quick Commerce onboarding materials, our team’s go-to knowledge base. Keep them relevant and well organized, gather feedback on adoption, and continuously improve them so they become indispensable for local teams.
- Performance Management & Business Intelligence
- Own how the Global Retail team measures success. You will design, build and maintain the performance tracking tools we use to monitor progress against our goals.
- Turn data into direction by spotting opportunities and risks early, so the team can act on informed decisions rather than gut feeling
- Cross-Functional Project Management
- Drive cross-functional projects with Strategy, Operations, Product, Finance, Catalog & PIM, and Integrations, ensuring deliverables land on time and on scope.
- Build the tools that support key retail operations topics, such as uptime, cancellations, and others.
