- Schedule: Full-time, 3x12 hours, Night shift, 7:00PM-7:00AM, Weekend and holiday rotation
- Support patient recovery and dignity by assisting with daily living activities and personal care, ensuring they remain comfortable during their stay.
- Facilitate safe patient recovery and mobility by carefully aiding in movement and positioning to prevent complications and promote physical stability.
- Protect patient safety by immediately reporting any changes in physical or emotional condition to the nursing team, acting as a vital first line of observation.
- Document every stage of the patient care journey to maintain high quality, accurate records that the entire medical team relies on for treatment decisions.
- Optimize the healing environment by managing room cleanliness and medical equipment readiness, ensuring a safe and efficient space for critical care.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
