Pay: $20-25 per hour depending on experience
HK Construction is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Construction Project Manager to oversee daily operations, manage crew members, coordinate projects, and help ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities- Manage crew members and assign employees to jobs.
- Coordinate schedules and oversee multiple construction projects.
- Communicate project updates, jobsite needs, and potential delays.
- Review and approve material purchases within company guidelines.
- Track labor, materials, and other project expenses.
- Manage job costing, budgets, and project profit – and – loss reports.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers.
- Identify cost overturns and help maintain project profitability.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications- Construction experience or a strong understanding of construction operations.
- Leadership and crew management skills.
- Knowledge of job costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Experience with material purchasing and project scheduling is preferred.
Compensation- Hourly pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and knowledge of construction management and financial reporting.
