ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a product engineering team building AI-powered tools for a workforce and industrial operations marketplace. You will apply existing agents and frontier models to practical product challenges, while also contributing to core platform work across the stack.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Apply AI agents and language models across worker, business, and operations products to improve vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
- Lead frontend and backend development, and mentor fellow engineers.
- Design and build real-time matching systems, automated vetting workflows, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Own product features end to end, partnering with product and design to deliver user-focused solutions.
- Contribute to agent harnesses, tools, evaluations, and model choices that support reliable product automation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three or more years of experience building and owning software products, ideally in fast-moving, early-stage teams.
- Experience shipping scalable applications across frontend interfaces and backend systems.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and/or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or agents into production products, including prompts and tool integrations.
- Product judgment, strong technical fundamentals, and the ability to work through ambiguity and cross-functional challenges.
- Background in applied AI, agentic products, marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, or operational software is relevant.
- Experience supporting non-technical users in industries such as logistics, supply chain, or healthcare is useful.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
