We are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our expanding team in Wimbledon. If you are in the industry and ready for your next career step, or looking for a new challenge then this is the opportunity for you to join London's Leading Estate Agent, working from our Fantastic Wimbledon office.
Salary: £60,000 OTE
Location: Wimbledon
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Estate Agency New Homes or Residential Sales.
- Residential sales experience desirable.
- Cross selling multiple development sites using our data business data base.
- Has a strong work ethic.
- Sales and Customer Service expert.
- Ambitious and self-motivated.
- Financially driven.
- Full Clean UK driving licence desirable.
