Coordinate welding quality requirements, welder qualifications, non-destructive testing, and third-party inspections.
-
Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, daily reports, and as-built records.
-
Support project scheduling, procurement, long-lead material tracking, and equipment delivery logistics.
-
Resolve installation issues involving structural supports, crane rails, power feeds, cable management, and system interfaces.

At least three years of progressive experience in commercial or heavy industrial construction.

Strong English communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple project stakeholders.
-
Ability to work onsite in active construction and cleanroom environments.
Relevant commercial or heavy industrial experience is required; residential-only construction experience does not meet this role’s requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with overhead cranes, crane runway systems, or precision rail alignment.
-
Semiconductor, cleanroom, or other high-tech facility construction experience.
-
Familiarity with welding procedures, structural inspections, and non-destructive testing.
