THE ROLE

We have a new opportunity for a talented Project Manager to join our award-winning global Brand Consulting team.

This is an exciting and dynamic role working in our Creative team in London, acting as liaison between clients and third-party production companies when a live-action shoot is involved in a creative assignment. This position assists the client in determining shoot needs and logistics and facilitates the delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day project management of complex multi channel content projects from brief through to final delivery, acting as a clear and confident point of contact for clients throughout.

- Own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring every stage is properly planned, documented, communicated and delivered to the required standard.

- Act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams and contracted third-party suppliers, maintaining alignment across responsibilities, timings, budgets and deliverables.

- Manage external partners including production companies, photographers, directors, creators, editors and specialist suppliers, ensuring clear accountability throughout.

- Lead project planning and pre-production, including timelines, schedules, scopes, meetings, logistics, documentation, approvals and delivery requirements.

- Review budgets, estimates and supplier costs, maintaining financial oversight and identifying potential changes, efficiencies or risks early.

- Ensure all client and campaign requirements are accounted for, including brand guidelines, usage, rights, clearances, specifications, formats, territories and localisation.

- Oversee shoots and content creation, ensuring clients, internal teams and external partners are fully prepared and agreed plans are followed.

- Manage feedback, approvals and amends, maintaining momentum and ensuring clear communication between all parties.

- Oversee post-production and final delivery, ensuring assets are quality checked, correctly versioned, approved and supplied to the required specifications.

- Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies and changing requirements, resolving issues before they impact timing, budget or quality.

- Work closely with account, creative and strategy teams to ensure creative ambition is supported by a robust, realistic and efficient delivery plan.

- Maintain a strong understanding of evolving content platforms, formats, partners and ways of working, helping clients navigate increasingly complex content requirements.

- Create a consistently well-managed client experience bringing clarity, rigour and reassurance while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest possible standard.

What We’re Looking For

- A highly organised, proactive and accountable approach, with the confidence to take ownership rather than wait for direction.

- Excellent judgement and attention to detail, with an instinct for anticipating what needs to happen next and identifying potential gaps before they become problems.

- A client-first mindset, with the ability to simplify complexity, provide reassurance and make demanding projects feel well controlled.

- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets, scopes, estimates and external supplier costs.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with senior clients, internal teams, creative talent and specialist external partners.

- A calm, solutions-focused approach, particularly when navigating competing priorities, changing requirements or challenging timelines.

- The ability to see both the bigger picture and the detail understanding the creative ambition while ensuring the practical requirements needed to deliver it are covered.

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and confidently.

- An expert understanding of social, digital and content platforms, formats and evolving audience behaviours.

- A strong understanding of industry-standard content and creative workflows, with confidence using PowerPoint, Excel and relevant project management tools.

- A genuine interest in entertainment, sport, talent and culture, and an understanding of how these worlds can create relevant opportunities for clients.

- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage, alongside flexibility to travel and work on location when required.
