Join a team that is shaping the future of aerospace technology. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you play a critical role in ensuring that components, assemblies, and production processes meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
Working closely with engineers, technicians, and suppliers, you will be at the center of problem-solving, continuous improvement, and quality excellence.

Your Tasks
- Perform dimensional, functional, and visual inspections of components, assemblies, and externally supplied parts in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans.
- Identify, document, and analyze defects, non-conformities, and quality deviations using established quality management and root-cause analysis methods.
- Create inspection reports and maintain complete, accurate, and traceable quality documentation.
- Support the investigation of customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal quality deviations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Drive and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to improve product quality and process performance.
- Conduct standardized product and acceptance tests during development and production activities.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are understood and consistently achieved.
Your Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Completed technical vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent technical qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing Quality, or a related technical field.
- Ability to perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using common inspection and measurement equipment.
- Experience identifying, documenting, and resolving quality deviations in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical components, engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as EN 9100 and/or ISO 9001.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive inspection records and quality documentation.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, production, and suppliers.
- Professional working proficiency in English, including technical documentation and communication.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in the aerospace, aviation, space, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of root-cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, or similar methodologies.
- Experience with non-conformance management and CAPA processes.
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, or digital quality management systems.
- Experience supporting product qualification, testing, or development activities.
