URGENT HIRING – CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER | KSA

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 10,000–13,000/month

Industry: Civil Construction

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- 10–12+ years of experience in civil construction projects

- Strong experience in KSA civil construction projects

- Experience managing project execution, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants

- Strong knowledge of civil works, construction methodologies, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation

- Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE requirements

- Strong leadership, coordination, and client-management skills

- Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and regulations

- Strong communication and reporting skills

- KSA experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from start to completion

- Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site activities

- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments

- Ensure compliance with HSE and project requirements

- Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation

- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues
