Senior .Net Full Stack (Developer)

- ACT onsite - EL2 equivalent

- 5+ years verifiable experience as a Senior .Net Developer

Our client, a Federal Government organisation that supports the functioning of Parliament and parliamentarians through the provision of professional services, advice and facilities, are seeking the experience of multiple Senior .Net Full Stack (Developer).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain & enhance .Net Core Web API server applications;

- Maintain & enhance the SQL Server databases which underpin the application

- Be a technical escalation point for complex bugs or enhancements;

- Identify & present process or code improvement initiatives; &

- Utilise Azure DevOps and deployment practices while championing for continual improvement.

Skills and Experience Required

- Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience as a Senior .Net Developer in an enterprise environment including C#, Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core and ASP.NET Core;

- Experience developing and styling modern single-page applications using Angular, TypeScript and CSS;

- Strong SQL Server Skills, including writing and executing SQL commands;

- Experience in implementing asynchronous messaging patterns and deep understanding of enterprise design patterns (Repository, CQRS, Mediator, Factory);

- Experience utilising, managing and enhancing CI/CD pipeline consisting of Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy or similar; &

- Ability to consistently work core hours and assist with ad-hoc rotations to support the 7:00am-6:00pm operations.
