Marketing Promotions Representative

These are as-needed Part Time positions intended to provide flexible support during promotions and special events.
Please note that hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on business needs and promotional schedules.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests with a warm, energetic welcome
- Engage with guests on the floor and answer questions about current promotions
- Help run promotional events and prize drawings, including announcing winners
- Help set up and break down promotional displays and event areas
- Keep a positive, fun atmosphere during events
- Follow all company policies and gaming regulations
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Outgoing, friendly, and positive personality
- Comfortable talking with lots of different people
- Reliable and dependable when scheduled
- Clear speaking voice; comfortable using a microphone is a plus
- Able to stand and walk for a full shift
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be able to pass a background check and meet any licensing requirements
- Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy
