Full-Time Leadership Position

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Alternating RN on-call responsibilities with other RNs as assigned

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our RN Staff Development Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in building a knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate team!
Your responsibilities will include:

🎓 Leading and coordinating orientation for new employees.
-
📚 Planning and conducting staff education and mandatory in-service training.
-
👩⚕️ Partnering with the Director of Nursing on staff development, recruitment, and training initiatives.
-
💡 Developing educational materials, training programs, and instructional resources.
-
🤝 Collaborating with department leaders to promote facility-wide learning.
-
❤️ Supporting high-quality resident care through ongoing education and professional development.
-
📋 Maintaining employee education, training, and required health screening records.
-
🌟 Helping our team stay current with nursing practices, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

📞 Participating in RN on-call rotation as assigned.
✅ WHAT YOU’LL NEED
-
Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
-
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina REQUIRED
-
Supervisory or administrative experience preferred; three years of experience is identified in the position qualifications.

Strong leadership, organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care standards.
-
A passion for teaching, mentoring, teamwork, and excellent resident care.
