PTP Junior Accountant

Join Aptiv as a PTP Junior Accountant and become part of our Finance team supporting the Procure-to-Pay process.
In this role, you will work with invoices, payments and vendor accounts, helping ensure accurate and timely financial processing. You will collaborate with internal teams, resolve day-to-day accounting issues and support reliable financial reporting. This is a great opportunity to develop your accounting skills in an international business environment.
Your Role:
- Process and book supplier invoices accurately and on time.
- Prepare payment proposals and execute payments according to the agreed schedule.
- Analyze vendor accounts, investigate overdue or blocked items and clear open balances.
- Verify financial postings and correct accounting errors when required.
- Prepare AP reports, reconciliations and ad-hoc analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice, payment and vendor-related issues.
- Ensure daily activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures, SOX requirements and internal controls.
- Support audits, improvement projects and other PTP activities as needed.
Your Background:
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP or Oracle ERP is an advantage.
- Proactive and well-organized approach with good prioritization and time management skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with a vendor-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and develop within the Procure-to-Pay area.
