Key Responsibilities- Design and implement agricultural systems for the cultivation of dates, fruits, and vegetables.
- Conduct soil analyses and assess crop requirements to develop tailored cultivation and growth plans.
- Apply precision agriculture techniques to optimize crop yields and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with farmers and stakeholders to implement agricultural best practices and sustainable farming methods.
- Monitor crop health and identify solutions for pest infestations, diseases, and environmental challenges.
- Research and implement innovative agricultural technologies to improve productivity and sustainability.
- Train and support farmers in advanced cultivation techniques and the effective use of agricultural equipment.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations documenting project progress, findings, and recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural engineering, preferably specializing in dates, fruits, and vegetables.
- Strong knowledge of soil science, agronomy, crop management, and modern agricultural technologies.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in agricultural software and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
