- Lead projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Define project and product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and expected business outcomes.
- Turn stakeholder and customer needs into practical plans and effective solutions.
- Bring cross-functional teams together, clarify responsibilities, and keep work moving forward.
- Identify and address risks, issues, dependencies, and changing priorities.
- Monitor KPIs, product performance, adoption, and project outcomes to measure success.
- Keep stakeholders and leaders informed about progress, decisions, priorities, and next steps.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches based on the needs of each initiative.
- Improve products, processes, and project delivery through ongoing learning and continuous improvement.
