ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the founding team of an early-stage AI recruiting startup as a hands-on operator working across strategy, operations, growth, and product. You will take ownership of high-impact projects and help improve how candidates connect with startup opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead founder-priority projects from planning through execution, including new market initiatives.
- Improve the candidate experience, funnel conversion, and hiring outcomes.
- Build and refine scalable operational processes and systems.
- Support go-to-market work through messaging, experiments, and partnerships.
- Turn feedback from candidates and hiring companies into actionable product priorities.
- Switch independently between operations, strategy, recruiting, and special projects as priorities evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience as a Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or comparable startup operator.
- Comfort with ambiguous work and the ability to drive projects independently across different functions.
- Strong judgment, clear communication, and an interest in building within an early-stage AI and recruiting environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
