Your Opportunity:
- Lifecycle Communication Strategy: Own messaging strategy across email (including newsletters, customer notifications, lead nurture campaigns, product launches, global events, and more), in-product messaging, and other communication channels.
- Program Execution: Support engagement programs such as virtual events, community engagement, and advocacy programs.
- Copywriting and Editing: Draft, refine and edit high-converting copy for a wide range of types of email communications and messaging. Ensure a consistent tone of voice across all communications.
- Persona-Based Targeting: Adapt strategy and messaging for different buyer personas, aligning to prospect and customer lifecycles to effectively nurture leads and fuel customer growth.
- A/B Testing: Design and manage ongoing A/B tests across email copy, schedules and layouts. Apply learnings to optimize and adjust email strategy.
- Project Management: Balance many projects simultaneously with short deadlines. Maintain a global communication calendar and provide visibility to key stakeholders.
- Global Partnership: Serve as a global bridge across regional marketing teams. Create and maintain global email standards to maintain a consistent style and voice across regions and audiences.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs, analyze engagement metrics and performance against demand generation goals, and present insights to key stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of professional experience in email marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to provide an email writing sample showcasing how you adapt tone and messaging for different persona types (requested at the hiring manager stage).
- A clear understanding of email strategy, what constitutes a successful campaign and how to measure and improve performance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g. Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
- Comfort with A/B testing methodology and experience with analytics tools and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy and translate technical concepts into clear, value-driven messaging.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to balance many projects simultaneously with short deadlines for completion.
- Must be a self-starter, accountable, and be able to interface with various teams and stakeholders independently.
- An understanding of the cybersecurity industry and core buyer personas is a plus.
And Ideally:
- Experience in the cybersecurity or B2B technology industry is preferred.
