Business Analyst to Money Flow

emagine is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a robust background in financial services to bridge the gap between business demands and technical solutions for a financial client.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business, design, and engineering teams to translate high-level business demands into precise requirements and solution designs.
- Lead value creation initiatives by prioritizing customer focus throughout the process.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders.
- Utilize data insights and customer feedback to promote data-driven decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services (accounts/payments).
- 3+ years of documented business analyst experience.
- Proficient in decomposing complex business problems and designing actionable solutions.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups and facilitating requirement consensus.
- Adept at refining business requirements in collaboration with IT development teams.
- Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and engaging in sprint planning/reviews.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
- Ability to create clear and maintainable requirements documentation.
- Experience managing competing stakeholder priorities with adherence to regulatory compliance timelines.
- Proven negotiation skills related to scope and timeline trade-offs between business demands and technical limitations.
