THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Financial Analyst II, Corporate FP&A – Performance Management will support the company’s budgeting, monthly forecasting, close, consolidation, and performance reporting processes, helping ensure timely and accurate financial information across the enterprise.

This role will perform recurring financial analyses, maintain key Corporate FP&A schedules and reporting, and partner with members of the Performance Management team to understand financial results, forecast changes, and key business drivers.

The FAII II will also provide flexible analytical and process support across Corporate FP&A, gaining exposure to business planning, financial analysis, earnings, and other enterprise Finance priorities based on business needs and team capacity.

This role provides broad exposure to Corporate FP&A and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work effectively across multiple priorities and Finance teams.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

- Support the annual budget and monthly forecast processes, including preparation of templates and schedules, collection of financial submissions, consolidation of information, financial tie-outs, and development of supporting materials.

- Support period-close and P&L actualization activities, including updating financial schedules, validating results, performing tie-outs, and preparing recurring performance reporting.

- Prepare and maintain key Corporate FP&A financial schedules, consolidations, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of recurring deliverables.

- Perform financial analysis of actual and forecast results versus budget, prior forecast, and prior year, helping identify key variances, trends, and drivers of financial performance.

- Support preparation of leadership presentations and financial materials, including recurring forecast, budget, performance, and other Corporate FP&A deliverables.

- Support Corporate FP&A processes within OneStream, including data validation, financial tie-outs, reporting views, forecast activities, and maintenance of FP&A reporting structures.

- Partner with Corporate FP&A and functional Finance teams to collect, validate, and organize financial information used in enterprise forecasts, analyses, and management reporting.

- Provide flexible analytical and process support across Corporate FP&A priorities, including business planning, earnings support, financial analysis, enterprise consolidations, and other cross-functional initiatives based on business needs.

- Develop ad hoc financial analyses that help Corporate FP&A teams understand business performance, financial trends, and key decision points.

- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring financial processes and reporting, improving accuracy and reducing manual effort over time.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

- 1–3 years of professional financial experience, preferably in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, retail, consumer products, or a multi-unit business environment.

- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- Prior experience or exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, accounting, or financial reporting preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with financial information, identify trends, and develop meaningful insights.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and financial integrity.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate financial information and collaborate effectively with Finance partners.

- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn different areas of Corporate FP&A and take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with large financial datasets, perform financial analysis, and efficiently organize and consolidate financial information.

- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience with OneStream, SAP, Business Intelligence, or other financial planning/reporting systems is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $66,200.00 - $90,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
