Our client, a leader inthe financial services industry is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their organizational goals and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management, providing expertise in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives, advising on workforce planning, and implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with management to identify HR needs and provide solutions that drive business success.
- Supporting recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and participate in the selection process.
- Facilitating performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Advising on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws.
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Analyzing HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse workforce.
- Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and HR trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.
