Financial Controller
WCMHS is seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting functions of the agency. With the Assistant CFO, CFO, and Senior Management Teams you will build and maintain critical trusted relationships with leadership and external business associates.
This position ensures the financial integrity of the agency by managing accurate financial records, timely reporting, and effective accounting operations that support the organization's core mission. Well-run finance and administrative departments help our teams providing services focus more on the community and less on chasing down accounting questions.
Summary of Duties
- Manage the month end closing process.
- Prepares for and leads the annual audit.
- Conduct and analyze account reconciliations monthly.
- Full understanding of the Accounting functions of WCMHS and ability to review, analyze and verify the accuracy of financial statements and documents of the agency.
- Attend internal and external agency meetings and represent WCMHS accurately and professionally.
- Accounting software management for the Agency.
- Run, review, and analyze financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary range for this position is between $107,000 and $112,000 commensurate with experience and education.
