What You’ll Do (Embodying Our C.A.R.E. Values: Curiosity • Ambition • Responsibility • Empathy)- Clear & Restore: Use professional cables, jetters, and diagnostic cameras to clear clogged drains, main sewer lines, and residential plumbing systems.
- Diagnose & Repair: Identify root causes of drain and plumbing failures; execute clean, code-compliant repairs and replacements.
- Educate & Connect: Walk homeowners through system conditions, explain safety or structural risks, and offer clear solution options.
- Maintain Quality: Keep detailed service records, maintain a pristine truck, and deliver five-star customer experiences on every visit.
What You Bring- 1+ years of drain cleaning, residential plumbing, or relevant service experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic mindset with hands-on comfort using modern drain-clearing equipment.
- Customer-first attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Compensation & Perks- Hourly Rate + Uncapped Commissions ($75,000 – $125,000+ annual earning potential).
- Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
