ABOUT THE ROLE
Build and improve a voice automation platform that helps businesses create and manage AI-powered conversations. Working across backend services and user-facing applications, you will own projects from architecture through launch and use customer feedback to guide product improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop features for prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.
- Build scalable systems across polished interfaces, APIs, and deployment workflows.
- Lead projects from technical design through production, monitoring, and iteration.
- Create intuitive interfaces and APIs that make it easier for customers to get started.
- Support customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and translate feedback into product enhancements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including substantial full-stack work.
- Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript, plus backend experience with Node.js or Python and AWS.
- Deep understanding of backend distributed systems.
- Experience at venture-backed startups or in a fast-paced technology environment; experience with voice AI is relevant.
- A degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering, or equivalent strong technical foundations.
- A collaborative, proactive approach, with ownership from development through deployment and a willingness to suggest improvements.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Equity details were not provided.
