What You'll Be Doing- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs.
- Deliver products on time while providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor concrete consistency and assist with safe unloading procedures.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies to support efficient operations.
What Are We Looking For- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with customers and team members.
- Capability to perform job duties in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
Conditions of Employment- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer- $27.50 to $29.50 per hour.
