As MADx expands into new direct markets and more colleagues work remotely or in the field, informal communication routes need to become reliable structures. Employees should understand key decisions, stay connected across teams and see good work recognized.
Your role:You coordinate and deliver internal communications across our channels and event formats, working independently within agreed priorities and in alignment with the Head of BrandComms. Together with People & Culture and our Digital Operations Advisor, you focus on content, editorial implementation and effective internal formats.

We need you for:- Managing editorial planning, content production and publication across our intranet, newsletters, blogs and e-magazine within agreed channel priorities
- Preparing clear and timely communications for colleagues across the lab, production, sales, field teams and administration
- Coordinating and delivering internal formats such as MADx Inspires, Lunch & Learn and Science Days together with People & Culture, including follow-up and contributions to new formats
- Working with the Executive Leadership Team, managers and specialist departments to translate their topics into clear internal communications, involving culture ambassadors and the works council where relevant
- Bringing employer brand content into the organisation in collaboration with the Brand Manager and People & Culture
- Providing the editorial perspective and supporting the further development of the intranet together with our Digital Operations Advisor
- Supporting the briefing, coordination and quality review of agencies and freelancers within agreed budgets and guidelines
- Monitoring reach and effectiveness through available channel analytics and employee feedback, together with People & Culture
Your profile:- A degree or qualification in communications, media studies or marketing, or equivalent professional experience
- Around 3–5 years of relevant experience in internal communications, employee communications or change communications
- Hands-on experience planning and delivering events, including digital formats
- Practical project management experience and the ability to deliver defined projects independently
- The ability to make complex topics clear, timely and relevant for different audiences
- Confident use of intranet and newsletter systems as well as standard analytics tools
- A structured, approachable and proactive working style, with confidence in collaborating with senior managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Professional working proficiency in German and English
Useful to have: experience with intranet or internal format development, agencies or freelancers, or the life sciences, diagnostics or pharma sectors.
For this position, we offer a market-competitive minimum annual gross salary of EUR 47220,- based on full-time employment, which is above the applicable collective agreement minimum salary. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
