Safety & Training Graduate
Kick-start your career in mining safety with Redpath Australia.
We’re looking for a motivated graduate who wants to build a long-term career in Health, Safety & Training while gaining genuine hands-on experience in underground mining.
Our Safety & Training Graduate Program is a structured development pathway designed to give you exposure across our safety systems, underground operations and site-based Health, Safety & Training functions, with the goal of developing you into a Safety & Training Coordinator.
You’ll start by building your understanding of Redpath’s Safety & Training Management Systems before moving into site-based underground operations, where you’ll gain practical experience working alongside mining crews. From there, you’ll move into the Safety & Training team and apply your operational knowledge in a dedicated HST environment.
About the program
This is a structured three-year graduate pathway combining Head Office and site-based experience, with support and mentoring from experienced Safety & Training professionals and operational leaders.
Throughout the program, you’ll work towards recognised safety and training competencies and build the practical knowledge required to progress into a Safety & Training Coordinator role.
Why Redpath?
Redpath Australia is part of a global underground mining contractor, offering the opportunity to start your career in an environment where safety, training and operational experience go hand in hand.
